Text4baby’s network of partners allows information about the service to reach the women who need it most. This section of the website provides both general and customized resources and tools for organizations interested in promoting text4baby in their communities.

Text4baby Web Button

Our new enrollment button is a great way to show your partnership with text4baby and connect more women to critical health information. The enrollment button directs your website visitors who click on it to a simple registration form in a new window where they can sign up for the service. TV Public Service Announcements

Text4baby has released two TV Public Service Announcements (PSAs) ("Belly to Belly" and "Baby Photos"). The TV PSAs, produced in 30-second lengths, emphasize the helpful information pregnant and new moms receive to support them through pregnancy and baby’s first year. Learn more here!

Radio Public Service Announcements *New!*

In partnership with the National Council of La Raza (NCLR), HMHB has launched two new radio PSAs for text4baby, one in English and one in Spanish. They have already been distributed to local markets, but we need your help to make sure they are played. Learn more here.

Becoming an Outreach Partner

While we encourage anyone to download and use the resources on these pages to promote text4baby, we like to acknowledge those who have committed to spreading the word. By becoming a formal Outreach Partner and signing the MOU found here, your organization will:

  • Receive specialized materials, tools, and invitations to participate in webinars and events
  • Have your name and website added to the list of partners found here
  • Obtain customized technical assistance from HMHB staff
  • Have access to zip code-level data on text4baby enrollment
  • Be featured in select communications, like Text4baby Tuesday
  • Be invited to speak during webinars and conferences about your success using text4baby
  • Become an Outreach Partner now by downloading, completing and returning the Memorandum of Understanding found here.
Text4baby Tuesday e-Newsletter

This weekly e-newsletter includes updates about the program, weekly state-level enrollment data, examples of partner best practices, new Outreach Partners, and much more. Anyone can sign up by clicking here. View past issues of the newsletter in order since program launch in February, 2010 here.

Promotional Materials

There are three options for accessing and using text4baby promotional items.

  1. Order free pre-printed promotional materials in bulk here.
  2. Print and share the materials yourself: click here for a full list of available PDFs.
  3. Customize the promotional materials: Text4baby allows Outreach Partners with a signed MOU to have access to the design files for text4baby promotional materials so that you can add your logo and local information. The files are provided in Adobe InDesign format, so you will need a graphic designer to customize them. HMHB staff will provide more information on this option once you become a partner.

Media Tools

HMHB has developed specific resources to support media outreach efforts among partners and to support media professionals.

Legacy Camera Program

To help Outreach Partners document their text4baby promotional activities, lessons learned, and feedback from moms, we have 10 Flip brand video cameras (very easy-to-use handheld camcorders) available for partners to borrow free of charge. We hope that this program will make it easier for our Outreach Partners to share their success with others around the country. Data and Evaluation Information and Tools

Text4baby is committed to supporting both internal and external process and outcome evaluations of the program. Outreach Partners are able to access zip-code-level enrollment data by following the steps explained here. Please click on the links below for more information.
